Literally one of the best meals I have ever had, anywhere. And then the service was also some of the best I have ever had. Fabiola and Zoar took such good care of my family, plus the other 3 or 4 people who constantly checked on us. My girlfriend had the largest salmon i have ever seen, and all other food was also amazing.
This restaurant is a must! The service is exceptional, the food is great, and the atmosphere is fantastic. I have been to Michelin star restaurants, and this is by far way better. The harp player, the shots of tequila and mezcal made our night. By far the best food we’ve had in all of Vallarta.
Had the most amazing family dinner at Casamar. The staff were all so gracious, helpful and kind. Our food was amazing! The guacamole and salsa were so fresh. I had the garlic blue shrimp which was unbelievable and so fresh. My husband had the Salmon and kids had fajitas all of which were amazing! Had a beautiful view from the rooftop of the sunset. Highly recommend.
My wife and I were amazed on how great the staff treated us and all the customers. Great food, flavors and portions. Everyone treated us like family and took care of us like wise. If I could have changed something it would have been to have a longer stay to try the rest of the menu. We will be back in the future with the rest of our family but not just for the food but for the great hospitality.
5 Stars - without hesitation!! The atmosphere, customer service, food, presentation, and preparation were all excellent. Very friendly and attentive staff. The quality of food was better than some Michelin rated restaurants I have eaten at in the past. This should be a Michelin rated restaurant!!
We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Casamar 1928! The staff’s warmth and hospitality truly made our visit unforgettable. A special shout-out to Zoar, Carlo, and Fabiola for being so friendly and welcoming — their genuine kindness made us feel right at home. The entire team radiates an endearing, passionate, and cheerful spirit that elevates the whole dining experience. The food was equally exceptional! We savored the salmon mole, fried tuna, and beef fajitas, all of which were bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The complimentary salsa was a standout, with its vibrant taste, and the guacamole, freshly made at our table, was absolutely delicious. And the banana flambe is a must. We’re so grateful for this incredible experience and can’t wait to return!!
First time here during PV Restaurant Week. Had a wonderful dinner. Great ambiance, staff and view. Started out with complimentary roasted salsa made tableside. It was unique and delicious. Appetizer: Mushrooms and Soup. Entree: Salmon Mole and Conchinita Pibil. Dessert: Flan and Brownie. We loved everything! Compliments to the chef. Shout out to Caro our waitress and all the staff who were so attentive and friendly. !Muchas gracias!
The food was amazing and the service was the best we have had in all the restaurants we have visited during our stay. Salsa was made at table side to your liking and so was the guacamole. The margaritas were on point! We had the shrimp fajitas excellent and the flan perfect end to our meal. You will not be disappointed— we are big foodies and were truly impressed.
